

Synopsis
"The Age of Innocence" is set in 1870s New York and follows Newland Archer, a young lawyer engaged to May Welland, a beautiful and traditional woman. His life takes a turn when he falls in love with May's cousin, Countess Ellen Olenska, who has returned to New York after separating from her European husband.
