

Synopsis
"Twenty Years After" is a historical novel by Alexandre Dumas, set in France during the early 17th century. It follows the adventures of the musketeers Athos, Porthos, Aramis, and their friend d'Artagnan, two decades after the events of "The Three Musketeers." The story revolves around political intrigue, power struggles, and the characters' personal quests for honor and redemption in the aftermath of the tumultuous events of the Fronde, a series of civil wars in France.
